External Account Manager – SSEAM

Duties & Responsibilities

Selling solutions and services of the company. Identifying market opportunities and developing sales leads. Closing sales deals. Meeting set sales targets. Sourcing supplier quotations and negotiating prices. Preparing and sending customer quotations and following up with customers to close deals. Developing, maintaining and growing client base. Finding new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals. Responding to new and current clients’ compliments, complaints and enquiries. Being a brand ambassador that represents the company’s brand and values. Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our products. Establishing and maintaining healthy long-term relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals. Tracking sales targets and documenting sales performance. Arranging delivery of goods, installation of equipment and the provision of services Using promotional methods such as phone calls, emails and social media and events to reach potential clients and build a long-lasting business relationship with them. Becoming an expert in the company’s product offerings and serving as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our products. Complete product certifications where required. Attending webinars, workshops, expos, and other relevant events to stay abreast of the evolving industry landscape and the market.

 

Desired Experience & Qualification 

Appropriate post matric qualification. Minimum 2 years in IT sales experience. Ability to negotiate sales deals, contracts, and service agreements. Ability to communicate effectively.
