MX External Fulfillment (EF) includes a variety of programs: Seller Flex (SF), Vendor Flex (VF) and Easy Ship (ES). Through these programs, Amazon works hand in hand with a wide range of sellers and vendors to ship products from their warehouses directly to our customers.
The External Fulfillment Program Manager acts as the crucial bridge between operational teams and Leadership. Through direct involvement in daily operations, this role will identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring seamless operational excellence in the interactions between our customers, sellers, and operations teams.
Key job responsibilities
• Drive program performance through comprehensive analysis of operational metrics and KPIs.
• Lead deep-dive investigations into program challenges and opportunities.
• Design, propose and implement strategies to optimize the program.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment and success.
• Identify and execute improvement initiatives to enhance seller and customer experience.
• Manage and streamline the escalation process by establishing clear protocols, filtering critical issues,
and ensuring timely resolution of high-priority matters requiring leadership attention.
• Analyze program health metrics.

As the External Fulfillment Program Manager, you'll be at the heart of our logistics operations, driving excellence through data-driven decisions and strategic improvements. Your day will combine reviewing operational dashboards, conducting deep-dive analyses, and managing critical escalations. You'll coordinate with multiple stakeholders while serving as the key liaison between operations and leadership. From analyzing seller performance data to leading improvement workshops, you'll blend analytical thinking with practical problem-solving to drive program success.
