Job Description The Exstream Developers tasks include, but are not limited to:  Coordinate and engage with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct analysis, validate requirements, produce user stories, diagrams, process flows, and other outputs.  Create Exstream applications and pages using customer supplied specifications  Migrate notices/forms/templates from xPression to Exstream  Assist in the creation or redesign, and testing of IRS notices for multiple output formats that are 508 compliant.  Create, update, and manage high-quality project documentation that meets IRS acceptance criteria, use cases, or executive briefings. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university (or high school diploma plus additional four [4] years of related experience) required  Experience in creating notices using Open Text Exstream  Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the related field.  Proven ability to work on and with teams comprised of the primary client and other client stakeholders dispersed across geographical sites.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
