We will be hosting an recruitment fair from the 30th June till the 2nd July for in person interviews. What we're looking for? + Electrical Engineers + Mechanical Engineers + Structural Engineers + Architects + Sustainability Engineers + Senior Digital Engineers + Inspectors- all disciplines (architectural, electrical, mechanical, structural and finishes) What you need: + For the Engineer positions, 6+ years of experience is required + For Inspectors, 5+ years is required Experience: + Villas + Residential Developments + Retail & Hospitality + High Rise & Mixed Use Developments **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in a related field for the Engineer positions + For the Inspectors, a Diploma in a related field + Proven experience in construction supervision, specifically in villa, retail and residential projects + In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and quality control procedures + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail + Proficiency in construction management software and tools + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications + Experience working in Abu Dhabi or the UAE is preferred + Knowledge of local building regulations and standards is a plus **Additional Information** All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
