The role Location: India (mostly remote; onsite work may be required as needed) The APAC AWS Alliance Lead role at SoftwareOne focuses on developing and strengthening strategic alliances with AWS and other relevant ISV partners. This position requires establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at AWS to identify GTM opportunities that enhance customer support through effective collaboration with cloud partners. Role & Responsibilities Develop and nurture strategic alliances with AWS and other relevant ISV partners. Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at AWS. Identify GTM opportunities to enhance customer support through effective collaboration with cloud partners. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop joint initiatives and go-to-market strategies with cloud partners. Facilitate communication and alignment across various internal teams involved in alliance activities. Stay informed about changes in the cloud industry and regulatory landscape that may impact partnerships. Understand alignment between sales teams and related ISVs for quarterly checkpoints and QBRs. Understand compensation goals for SWO and AWS. Responsible for meeting and exceeding applicable Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) targets. Understand and Drive AWS Marketplace along with ISV partner team for co-sell strategy. Attend various AWS webinars, events, and meetups to expose the AWS way of doing business and to the community at large. Continue to lead GTM and keep sales teams updated on announcements regarding new services and incentives related to superpowers. What we need to see from you Full-Time Work Rights in India Ability to work onsite as required while mainly working remotely in India. Strong strategic-alliance building skills, with experience managing large-scale AWS programs. Partner management or business development experience in AWS services, preferably in APAC. Ability to track, report, and manage financial and business performance metrics. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to navigate complex partnerships and drive alignment between internal teams and external partners. Job Function Sales
