This extensive range of services positions Arrow Electronics as a trusted partner for businesses looking to navigate the ever-evolving technology landscape. **What You’ll Be Doing:** + Manage export and virtual operations and ensure compliance to all laws and regulations. + Responsible for the communication of information regarding the resolution of customer issues dealing with transportation pickups, claims, and the incorrect receiving of assets at a processing plant. + Communicate shipping information to sales customer. Communicate with carriers. Assist in shipping requests by processing shipping report in order to set up and contact carriers for pickup. **What We're Looking For:** + Typically requires 1 year of work experience, preferably in an administrative/office setting + Bachelor’s degree completed + Experience with export operations and virtual operations + Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English & Spanish + Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel + Experience with Oracle and Aranxel is a plus + Strong attention to detail + Ability to work independently with little or no guidance. **Work Arrangement:** + Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home **What’s In It For You:** At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
