Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Expert Windows Engineer who will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and solutions to clients. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in Windows environments and strong client-facing skills to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize Windows server infrastructure, focusing on advanced enterprise-level solutions.
Lead and execute complex infrastructure projects, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and secure solutions.
Develop, maintain, and optimize PowerShell scripts to automate infrastructure processes and streamline operations.
Provide expert-level support for all Windows server components, AD, including DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, certificates, virtualization, and hardware configuration.
Ensure high availability and security across all Windows systems and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues, providing long-term and sustainable solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify infrastructure improvements and implement effective solutions.
Participate in the design and implementation of infrastructure modernization and migration initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in Windows server build run and operate
MCSE Certified
Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of Windows internals
Experience with debugging tools such as WinDbg or similar debugger tools
Master-level proficiency in PowerShell scripting, capable of writing complex scripts for automation and operational efficiency.
Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise-level infrastructure projects.
Ability to analyze system performance and implement robust solutions.
Proven ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation.
Excellent Communication & Documentation Skills: Ability to present findings, create technical documentation, and train teams best practices.
Knowledge of the ITIL framework desirable (Incident, Request, Change and Problems)
