We are looking for an Expert Trade Compliance (f/m/d) 80–100% to strengthen our team at Endress+Hauser Flow and help us shape the future of international trade compliance. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our operations comply with global trade regulations and making our compliance network stronger and more resilient.

Which tasks will you perform?  
You will:  

Develop, implement, and manage global trade compliance programs and policies. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including customs, export controls, and sanctions. Conduct regular audits and assessments of trade compliance practices. Provide guidance, recommendations, and training to internal network on trade compliance matters. Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies as needed. Monitor and analyze changes in trade regulations and update company policies accordingly. Manage and resolve any trade compliance issues or violations. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to trade compliance activities and processes. Optimize processes within the scope of trade compliance procedures. 

 

What do we expect from you?  
You:  

Have a bachelor’s degree in international business, Law, or a related field. Bring at least 3 years of experience in global trade compliance or a related role. Possess in-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and laws. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excel in communication and interpersonal skills. Can work independently and as part of a team. Communicate fluently in German and English
