Then this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this cross-functional role, you will work closely with departments in production, engineering, and quality assurance – making a sustainable contribution to continuous improvement.
What will you be doing?
You will:
apply and further develop established quality methods, standards, and guidelines (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, VSM) across the entire value chain. analyze value-adding processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop sustainable solutions. support colleagues in applying these methods and review their results. design and deliver training sessions on these methods, developing innovative learning formats such as interactive training, simulations, or serious games.
What do we expect from you?
You:
hold a university degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field. are certified as a Six Sigma Green or Black Belt. have experience and enthusiasm for delivering internal training on LEAN methods and facilitating FMEA workshops. ideally bring hands-on experience in moderating P-FMEA and applying methods for quality planning and assurance. are characterized by analytical and process-oriented thinking. are communicative, well-organized, and enjoy working with diverse teams.
