As an Experimentation Product Manager - Ops (Tech) you will act as the teams "force multiplier", increasing our overall experimentation velocity. You'll go deep to make sure we make the right prioritization decisions, and help us find new ideas by investigating past wins and misses. You'll make sure teams are unblocked by creating all the artifacts and ensuring everything is aligned before engineers begin to execute on an experiment.

- Help prioritize the right ideas by conducting analysis to project the impact of each initiative.
- Get experiments defined, aligned, and ready for development.
- Support post-experiment analysis that goes beyond a launch decision to drive insight that generates new experiments, and
- Track outcomes to increase accountability and program insight

The Cross Channel Marketing Personalization (CCMP) and Growth teams create and optimize experiences throughout the Amazon Music customer lifecycle, and enables, a 1:1 personalized relationship with our customers. We do this through rigorous experimentation of new features and feature improvements; through ownership and development of channels and surfaces like push, email, in-app-messages, landing pages; and through integrating personalization and orchestration into these channels.
