We're seeking a talented individual with Tasy experience to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping the Product team focus on developing meaningful innovations for the system. Working in a multidisciplinary team with accountants, systems analysts and clinical professionals, you will have the chance to improve institutional processes and consequently the lives of patients. **Your role:** - Refine concepts together with customers, internal experts, internal departments and business developers. - Analyze situations reported by customers, focusing on problem-solving and addressing innovations that contribute to the entire installed base. - Create value and impact by delivering meaningful innovations, intellectual property and solution transfers, contributing to Philips growth. - Contribute to advancing the skills of your team. **You are the right person if:** - You have at least 3 years of practical experience in a hospital administrative environment. - Experience with the Tasy system. - Fluency in English or Spanish (desired). - You have an innovative mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and strong business acumen. - You are a good team player and able to work independently. - Experience with other hospital administration software and KPI management is a plus. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
