Experienced Regional Homecare Nurse

Responsibilities: - Conduct routine home visits to provide wound care, administer medications, and perform health assessments. - Develop trusting relationships with patients and caregivers, offering education on condition management, medication adherence, and safety. - Monitor patient conditions, document care using our state-of-the-art electronic health record system, and communicate updates promptly. - Collaborate with care teams and partners to ensure holistic, effective care tailored to each individual. - Travel throughout your service area, bringing expert care directly where it's needed most. Qualifications: - An RN with a BSN from an NLN-accredited nursing program, with at least 5+ years of healthcare experience. - Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration. - Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary coordination. - A commitment to safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance. - Flexibility and a passion for improving lives in the comfort of their homes. *Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
