Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Experienced Propulsion Integration Engineer (Level 3) to support our 737 Propulsion Integrated Product Team (IPT) based in Renton, WA.

The 737 Propulsion IPT consists of engineers who design propulsion installations, engine controls, fuel management and distribution, thrust reversers, specialized nacelle structures, and auxiliary power systems. This diverse expertise supports one of the largest fleet of commercial aircraft in the world.

As a Propulsion Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for working across multiple Propulsion engineering disciplines to develop detailed statements of work, implement and monitor plans, and help to resolve and/or elevate issues as they arise. This role requires the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with other Propulsion engineers and coordinating with Propulsion, Systems, Airframe, and 737 Program leadership.

Position Responsibilities:

Leads coordination between Propulsion teams and other Boeing organizations.

Supports international validation certification across a wide variety of Propulsion projects.

Works across Propulsion teams to address issues that could pose safety concerns.

Develops and refines plans; monitor progress; report out at regular intervals.

Tracks progress on certification milestones.

Highlights risks, issues, and opportunities and present to executive leadership.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.

4+ years of experience in Aerospace and/or Mechanical engineering.

Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.

Experience with MS Project or other project management software.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Proficiency in propulsion system analysis principles, processes, methods, and tools for aerospace vehicles and components, including familiarity with company and industry standards.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Experience collaborating with Boeing suppliers.

Strong background in Systems Engineering.

Knowledge of Part 25 certification

Strong track record of effective communication skills with executive leadership.

Understanding of Boeing engineering release processes and experience navigating change boards.

Summary pay range: $100,300 – $135,700
