Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced or Senior Procurement Agent to support supplier contracting activities for the AH-64 Major Subcontract and Reman team in Mesa, AZ.
The Experienced or Senior Procurement Agent will provide oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Additional responsibilities will include leading supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.
Position Responsibilities (Experienced – 3):
Manages daily management of planning, solicitation, award, and administration for high volume transactional deskEnsures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirementsCommunicates across functions and programs to manage risks, issues and performance to planIntegrate program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategiesNegotiates pricing and contract terms and conditionsPrepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreementsConducts risk, issues and opportunities managementManages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performanceInitiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategiesPosition Responsibilities (Senior – 4):

Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditionsPrepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreementsInterprets and enforces contract terms and conditionsConsults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issuesLeads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commoditiesParticipates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategiesBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes3 years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointExperience leading or managing a teamPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts3+ years of experience have negotiating directly with suppliersExperience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning)Experience with Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) complianceDrug Free Workplace:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
Experienced (3): $74,800 – $92,400
Senior (4): $95,200 - $117,600
