Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Multimedia Specialist to join the Flight Training Curriculum Development Project team. The selected candidate will serve as a Team Media Specialist, responsible for developing and refining design concepts, integrating digital media, special effects, animation, and other visual images. Key responsibilities include identifying digital media requirements, conducting research for multi-media projects, designing visual communication materials, and creating designs for new business presentations. This role is essential in enhancing the effectiveness of our training programs through innovative and engaging media solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
Creating flight training development product graphics and media for Training Manuals
Instructor-Led Briefing and Theoretical Training Presentations
Computer-Based Training modules in line with Boeing Style Guide
Creating supplemental training media including handouts, infographics, and marketing material
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
Experience using common Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience creating Training Curriculum Media
Experience with Aviation/airplane systems, themes and concepts
Experience creating media from and for technical publications

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $82,450 - $111,550
