The Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analysts provide advanced technical knowledge and work with leadership around manufacturing projects, to include financial projects, that affect organization efficiency.
Position Responsibilities:
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteriaAnalyzes and interprets dataProvides feedback on assessment resultsWorks with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processesWorks at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plansWorks under general directionBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)3+ years of experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting resultsExperience working in a team-based environmentPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higherExperience in EVM and financial dataExperience developing or auditing standard workExperience implementing improvements in a manufacturing environmentExperience in a highly regulated environmentDrug Free Workplace:
