As our HR Assistant, you'll play a vital role in shaping a positive workplace culture while gaining invaluable experience across all facets of human resources. Responsibilities: - Champion Employee Benefits: Manage medical, dental, vision, LTD, STD, and 403b programs. Guide staff through enrollment, process invoices, and act as the go-to liaison for benefits questions. - Drive Recruitment & Onboarding: Post jobs, screen resumes, craft offer letters, conduct background checks, and coordinate new hire paperwork. Be instrumental in bringing talented individuals onboard! - Support Employee Relations: Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve concerns, and foster a supportive work environment. - Administer HR Processes: Track fingerprinting, manage employee files, process status changes, terminations, and raises. Ensure seamless payroll integration and accurate record-keeping. - Contribute to Compliance & Reporting: Prepare reports, complete surveys, and maintain up-to-date credentials and site information to keep us in compliance. - Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and internal teams. Supervise clerical staff or interns and support ongoing professional development. Qualifications: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - A proactive attitude and a passion for helping others *Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
