Experienced Hardcoat Plater (3:00PM-11:00PM) Westfield, MA Westfield Electroplating Company is looking for a skilled experienced Hardcoat Plater to join our 2nd shift team. Qualified candidates should possess solid knowledge in Hardcoat plating techniques. Applicant must be familiar with industry processes and standards. Good verbal and written communication skills are required, and the successful candidate must be self-motivated, reliable, industrious and able to work independently. Requirements: + 3+ years of Hardcoat experience preferred + Basic knowledge of electroplating plating + A successful applicant should be competent in math and be able to calculate surface area of normal shapes + Must be able to prepare surfaces prior to processing + Must be able to monitor plating parameters like temperature and voltage + Must be able to use micrometers to verify thicknesses + Must be able to handle delicate parts without causing damage + Must understand the concepts of blueprints and drawings + Have the desire and capacity to learn Pay Rate and Benefits: Pay based on experience.
