The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Experienced Finance Data Analyst to join the team in Tukwila, WA.
This position is responsible for gathering, interpreting, and integrating business information requirements while designing and optimizing the company's data architecture. This role involves developing and implementing business architecture based on data needs, leading data modeling for database implementation, and applying data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) techniques to connect complex data sets from various sources. Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of data architecture, and have experience in project management.
Position Responsibilities:
Developing, governing, and enhancing information pipelines and databases to provide actionable insights
Monitoring and performing quality control actions related to data integrity and business information
Creating data collection frameworks for structured and unstructured data and solving complex data problems
Managing project tasks related to data integration and providing end-user support, including training and issue resolution
Building complex, repeatable data pipelines across multi- and hybrid-cloud environments, leveraging automation for scalability and efficiency
Integrating company data security and access requirements policies into data pipelining solutions
Participating in gated life-cycle software development process to mature solutions from development through production maturity phases
Demonstrating functional capabilities in relational (cloud and on-premise) and non-relational database platforms
Working with proficiency in software programming languages including SQL, Python, R and Bash scripting
Working with cross-functional or cross-organizational finance teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or analytic solutions
Communicating complex concepts clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Managing technical debt to ensure products get and stay ahead of the technology obsolescence curve
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
3+ years of experience with functional capabilities in relational (cloud and on-premise) and non-relational database platforms
3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Finance, or related field
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership
3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata Database, Oracle Database and/or Toad/Teradata Studio
Experience with software programming languages including Python, R and Shell scripting

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $93,500 – $126,500
