Experienced Facilities Reliability Engineer

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced Facilities Reliability Engineer (Level 3) to support the Facilities team in Portland, Oregon.

Position Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough root cause analysis (RCA) of equipment failures and operational issues

Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and equipment engineering teams to identify failure modes and implement corrective actions

Develop and maintain reliability metrics and reports to track equipment performance and failure trends

Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing downtime and improving equipment availability

Participate in cross-functional teams to design and implement reliability improvements

Provide technical expertise and recommendations for maintenance strategies and equipment upgrades

Ensure compliance with Boeing’s safety and quality standards

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

3+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action

3+ years of experience working on equipment reliability projects

3+ years of experience reliability and maintenance methodologies and tools

3+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams

3+ years of experience analyzing requirements to develop action plans and facilitate implementation efforts

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in the aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $108,900 - 133,100
