What You'll Do
+ Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes
+ Use CAM software to follow established programming methods
+ Inspect parts using micrometers, comparators, and other standard tools
+ Work within a defined production system with direction from supervisors
+ Follow clear instructions and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality
+ Support Lean initiatives and ISO quality standards
+ Contribute to a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment
What You Bring
+ 5+ years CNC programming experience (vertical/horizontal mills or ID/OD grinding)
+ 5+ years lathe experience
+ Familiarity with CAM programming
+ Experience working in team-based production environments
+ Strong shop math and metric reading skills
+ Ability to follow established procedures and quality standards with consistency and care
+ Familiarity with Lean and ISO practices
+ Dependable, consistent approach to assigned tasks
