**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Experience Strategist with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Sketch Figma Adobe XD Visual Design Elements & Fundamentals Visual Branding and Adobe Photoshop. This role involves creating impactful user experiences and contributing to our company's success. The work model is hybrid with no travel required. **Role:** Experience Strategist **Job Level:** Manager **Location: Washington - DC USA** Work from Home - Hybrid. **Duration:** Full Time only **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and development of user experiences that align with our companys goals and objectives. + Oversee the creation of visually appealing and functional designs using Sketch Figma and Adobe XD. + Provide expertise in Visual Design Elements & Fundamentals to ensure high-quality design outputs. + Develop and maintain visual branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms. + Utilize Adobe Photoshop to enhance and refine design elements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver design solutions that meet user needs. + Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience. + Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts. + Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs are innovative and competitive. + Mentor and guide junior designers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. + Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. + Provide regular updates and reports on design progress to stakeholders. + Ensure all designs are accessible and inclusive catering to a diverse user base. **Qualifications** + Must have extensive experience with Sketch Figma and Adobe XD. + Should possess strong knowledge of Visual Design Elements & Fundamentals. + Must have expertise in Visual Branding and Adobe Photoshop. + Experience in Investment Banking Operations Investment Banking & Brokerage is a plus. + Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. **Salary and Other Compensation:** The annual salary for this position is between $110,000.00 to $140,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
