Experience Services Associate
Position Overview
The Experience Services Associate plays a vital role in creating exceptional workplace experiences that drive employee engagement and satisfaction. With a focus split between account operations (70%) and platform development (30%), this position requires a blend of operational excellence, creative programming, and data-driven decision-making to deliver impactful workspace solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management (70%)
Drive the operational implementation of experience-focused services, collaborating with account teams to design and execute innovative programs, tools, and processes
Cultivate and nurture strategic stakeholder relationships to proactively address evolving business needs and adapt service offerings accordingly
Provide expert support to Account Leads and Workspace Experience/Operations Leads, ensuring seamless integration of services across all touchpoints
Orchestrate compelling workplace events and activations that align with account objectives, foster community, and enhance the overall employee experience
Create an inclusive, welcoming workplace environment that encourages collaboration, productivity, and employee wellbeing
Develop and implement creative content, campaigns, initiatives and programs that promote flexibility, sustainability, productivity, and workplace satisfaction
Conduct comprehensive event evaluations using attendance metrics, satisfaction ratings, and impact assessments to continuously refine programming and demonstrate ROI
Partner with Community Manager and ESG Ambassador to design and implement sustainability initiatives that reduce environmental impact and promote responsible workplace practices
Guide employees in optimal utilization of workplace amenities and technology to maximize productivity and satisfaction
Craft thoughtful, solution-oriented responses to employee feedback through Workplace Connect and other communication channels
Design professional marketing collateral, including posters and signage, adhering to brand guidelines and templates
Platform Development & Data Analytics (30%)
Implement sophisticated data collection systems to gather meaningful workplace experience metrics from multiple sources
Create visually compelling presentations and reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards that effectively track key performance indicators and demonstrate program impact
Design and administer targeted surveys to measure program effectiveness and identify enhancement opportunities
Synthesize client satisfaction data to identify trends, anticipate needs, and recommend experience improvements
Prepare polished performance reports and engaging presentations for client meetings and business reviews
Transform quantitative and qualitative data into persuasive visual narratives using advanced charts, graphs, and visualization techniques
Document and showcase success stories and case studies that demonstrate measurable business impact of experience initiatives
Establish and maintain organized data repositories that ensure information accessibility, accuracy and security
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
3+ years of experience in workplace experience, employee engagement, hospitality, or related field
Demonstrated expertise in event planning, community building, and experience design
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience with digital workplace platforms and collaborative technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
Creative problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Strong project management capabilities with ability to handle multiple priorities
