Kforce has a client in need of an Experience Designer in Irving, TX. Responsibilities: * Lead multiple design initiatives with speed, depth, and innovation * The Experience Designer will build strong team relationships and contribute to product design across systems * Identify improvement opportunities based on ecosystem understanding * Conduct and translate research into actionable design architecture * Create user flows, wireframes, and IA aligned with product goals * Adhere to DSM guidelines and produce high-fidelity prototypes * Deliver pixel-perfect designs and animations to developers * Communicate design rationale and connect decisions to product vision * Present, defend, and iterate on design through feedback * Facilitate workshops and collaborate across functions * Document and share design and research materials * Develop and maintain design patterns and frameworks * Advocate for design standards based on trends and feedback * The Experience Designer will promote best practices through training and playbooks * Define and track success metrics tied to business value
