Are you a detail-oriented leader seeking a high-impact role blending financial analysis with operational oversight? A leading firm located in downtown Fort Worth is seeking a Senior Manager of Expense Allocations to lead the charge in ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and integrity of client expense allocations. This role is ideal for someone energized by cross-functional collaboration, and who thrives in a hands-on, visible role.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee the end-to-end process of quarterly client expense allocations, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all financial records.
+ Lead monthly close activities and maintain reconciliations tied to the general ledger.
+ Partner closely with Accounts Payable and Vendor Management to validate coding and manage invoice-level allocation requests.
+ Supervise and mentor a small team, offering strategic and day-to-day leadership.
+ Serve as a liaison across Finance, Legal, and FP& A teams, enhancing transparency and driving process efficiency.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ Strong background in Accounts Payable operations and financial oversight
+ Experience in financial services a plus, but not mandatory
+ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
