As an Experienced R&O Maintenance\nTechnician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the\nefficient operation and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. You will\nbe responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and\nmaking necessary repairs to keep our facilities running smoothly. Your\nexpertise in maintenance and repair will contribute to the overall success of\nour operations. In this role,\nyou will impact the efficiency and functionality of our facilities and\nequipment, ensuring that they are well-maintained and in optimal working\ncondition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including\ninspections, lubrication, and adjustments

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment\nmalfunctions and failures

• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the\nlongevity and reliability of equipment

• Collaborate with other team members to\nidentify and address maintenance needs

• Maintain accurate records of\nmaintenance activities and repairs

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations\nto ensure a safe working environment

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in\nmaintenance and repair

• Strong knowledge of maintenance techniques and\nprocedures

• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues

•\nProficiency in using hand and power tools

• Excellent problem-solving and\ncommunication skills

Full availability to rotate shifts: 7:00 - 4:30 , 4:30 to 1 and 1:00 to 7:00 AM
