The opportunity:

We have a 12 month fixed-term contract available within our Existing Business department.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a customer-centric role. You will focus on delivering superior administration support, making changes to existing policies.

You will be a point of contact for existing business decisions and escalations, as well as proactively managing their cases. This is a crucial role where top-class customer service and knowledge is required.

Key responsibilities include:

Carrying out changes to existing policies, following the documented business processes while ensuring a high level of accuracy and quality

Ensuring all mail is maintained within the given service level agreement

Providing clear and concise information and processing requests in a timely manner

Identifying opportunities for process improvements

Taking part in testing and operational meetings where required to support process development and training

Working with your colleagues to help each other out and collaborate during busy times.

Ideally, you'll bring:

Experience in a customer-focused and service-orientated environment

Strong computer literacy

Excellent verbal and written communicator as you’ll be working with internal stakeholders along with external customers and advisors

Exceptional organisational skills where you can demonstrate a strong ability to prioritise and be proactive and self-motivated

High motivation to develop and learn.
