Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Exhibits Manager to join our team at Kennedy Space Center in Merritt Island, Florida. In this role, you’ll lead a team of technicians and oversee the planning, maintenance, and enhancement of exhibits and AV systems across the facility. Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $56,900 - $76,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Supervise exhibit technicians and manage daily work schedules and project planningLead training and development for staff to stay current with technical equipment and best practicesCreative and project management input into new and current exhibits, providing creative concepts to enhance current exhibits and phased plans to complete enhancementsWorks with the Project Development team on planning of capital projects, interfacing with the contactors, reporting project status, and acting as the liaison between DNPSS/NASA and outside contractors as neededOversee maintenance schedules for AV and show control systemsMonitor and report project status to senior leadershipManage labor and operational budgets for the exhibits departmentConduct park inspections and troubleshoot technical issues

More about youBachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent technical training and experienceValid Florida driver’s license and ability to obtain a government badgeMinimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management; mechanical and electronic systems experience is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office, EAM work control systems, and UKG timekeepingStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
