**Responsibilities**
+ Supervise personnel during their daily activities as well as bring to the job manual dexterity, mechanical skill, and/or artistic skill, plus aptitude for learning exhibits techniques.
+ Performs duties related to the fabrication, finishing and repair of exhibits, while acquiring training in exhibits techniques.
+ The work you do will be provided to you by a Program Manager in the form of a Work Order.
+ You will track your employees Time on the project while also keeping track of the specific materials used for each of these work orders.
+ You will also be the Assistant Master Trainer on the use of Forklifts/pallet jacks ensuring all personnel all certified and recertified in a timely manner.
**Qualifications**
+ Security.
+ Must be a US Citizen.
+ Must receive a favorable background investigation.
+ Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
+ Must be 18.
+ Must be able to speak and write the English Language proficiently.
+ Experience in design and drafting.
+ Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
+ Must possess and continuously maintain a current State Driver’s License.
+ Preferred area of experience in maintaining/fabricating military training equipment.
+ Experience in designing and drafting designs for custom builds.
+ Experience supervising a fabrication shop for 3 or more years.
+ Experience in E-Cabinets Software.
+ Experience in Corel Draw.
+ Must have Forklift and pallet jack experience.
