Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Exercise Physiologist to work as an Injury Prevention Specialist in Anaheim, CA. This position is required to be on-site providing injury prevention services at a major theme park
Location: Anaheim, CA
Type of Employment: Full-time
Schedule: 5 days/week, 8 hrs/day with two consecutive days off but the days off will most likely be during the week and not the weekend. Our operation is from 6:30am – 11:30pm with the 8 hour shift sometime between those times.
Compensation: $28/hr-$32/hr Commensurate with experience

Prevention Services include:Assessment, triage, and first aid application for workplace injury/discomfortErgonomic risk assessment and implementation of ergonomic solutionsDesign and implementation of functional assessments, preventative exercise and stretching Job coaching and behavior modification both one-on-one and in group settingsProviding education and training on a wide range of injury prevention topicsOffice ergonomicsHealth and wellness consultationDocumentation and reporting on employee encountersRegular communication with both client and Select leadership QualificationsMinimum:
BS Degree RequiredMinimum one year experience, industrial setting experience a plusCardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificationPosition requires a strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventionsPreferred:
