In this role, you will ensure the timely and accurate settlement of trades across various asset classes, while performing reconciliations and resolving discrepancies to maintain smooth operations. You will collaborate with counterparties, custodians, and clearing houses, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant business discipline with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in a trade support role as a global custodian or asset managerStrong understanding of trade settlement processes, financial instruments, and relevant systems such as BlackRock Aladdin, Omgeo CTM, Markitwire, and BloombergExcellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities to identify and resolve settlement issues efficientlyProven ability to work effectively with external counterparties and internal teams to ensure seamless operationsFamiliarity with settlement systems and software, with experience in tools like DS Match, ICE Link, and DTCC Global Trade Repository being advantageousWe love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
