You'll be based in the pinnacle of the business—home to the CEO, senior Partners, and Managing Directors in the executive office. This is a client-facing division where you will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for diary management, pulling reports, and coordinating international travel. Aside form the classic responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to take on more tasks outside of the traditional EA role.

They are seeking a driven, ambitious and focused Assistant. You'll communication skills will be client-facing, you'll be highly organised and precise. This is critical role where efficiency is key for these top executives.
Your duties include, but are not limited to:
High-level support to a the Executive Leadership Team at C-suite levelComplex, global calendar and inbox management across multiple time zonesOrganising international travel including flights, visas, accommodation, and bespoke itinerariesScheduling internal and external meetings, including high-level stakeholder and client engagementsRequirements:
Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Team Assistant, with at least 2 - 3 years in investment banking, private equity, or financial servicesImpeccably organised, adaptable, and calm under pressureExcellent interpersonal skills Hunger to grow and push open the next door in your career, surrounded by excellence
This is a 12 - 18 month assignment, 5 days in the office.
£26 - 28 inclusive of holiday pay
