The Executive Talent Consultant serves as a consultative, in-house resource who works closely with senior leadership to lead sourcing and recruitment efforts. This position is responsible for providing the highest level of talent acquisition services to Memorial Health, delivering high quality professional candidates and advancing Memorial Health’s brand across numerous professional communities. The Executive Talent Consultant guides leaders and candidates through the full-cycle recruitment process, maintaining excellent relations with senior leaders, physicians, hiring managers, candidates and the community at-large. Responsible for candidate generation using pro-active sourcing strategies. Embodies the Memorial Health Values of Safety, Integrity, Quality, and Stewardship that support our mission and vision.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required Master’s degree in business preferredRACR certified preferredMinimum of 8 years relevant full-cycle recruitment experience Executive recruitment experience is preferred
Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
· Expert level knowledge in all full-cycle recruiting components, including but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, and relationship management.
· Proven success in building credibility with executive leaders.
· Ability to present innovative recruiting/sourcing concepts and strategies to leaders. Ability to understand, articulate, and document a leader's stated requirements, and to formulate a clear value proposition that will attract the caliber of candidates needed to meet those requirements.
· Proven ability to assess external executive-level and leadership candidates for capability to perform the role, as well as leadership competencies, culture fit, and other compatibility issues that are critical to success.
· Understanding of executive compensation and the ability to analyze compensation packages.
Responsibilities Creates targeted sourcing strategies for leadership and executive positions to attract talent, using both internal networks and external market insightsLead all aspects of the executive recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with executive-level candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience that reflects the organization’s values and cultureMaintain compliance with all organizational hiring policies and employment laws throughout recruitment processProvide insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor landscape to inform hiring decisions and strategic workforce planning.Track and report on executive search activity, candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and hire quality to support data-driven talent decisions.Performs other related work as required or requested.
