A strategic thinker with strong storytelling and messaging skills for translating complex topics and information into clear and powerful stories and messagesA creative writer in German and English who will develop inspiring speeches and presentations, talking points, opinion articles, video statements, and social media content for the Managing Board MemberAn expert communicator who tailors message and tonality of the Managing Board Member’s voice to all kinds of audiences (business and political leaders, capital markets professionals, industry associations, employees etc.) and various channels, and who can coach and lead a senior executive through the messaging development process, providing appropriate counsel and guidanceA standout colleague who is able to work jointly on executive communication projects, and to establish a network across the entire organization in order to gather and craft compelling new storiesYour defining qualities
Master's degree in communications or equivalentMany years of successful experience in executive communications and speech writing at C-level, preferably with a tech company in an international environmentExtensive experience in developing thought leadership content (for example, on LinkedIn)Your journalistic experience is a plusExperienced in leading, managing, and collaborating with international teams on complex projectsAble to focus and prioritize in the midst of a huge variety of fast-paced projects; flexibility and willingness to change focus quickly as new needs ariseOpenness to learn, accept feedback, and challenge the status quo in a constructive wayVery strong written, presentation, and verbal communications skills in German and English are requiredYou are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
