Job Summary As Executive Sous Chef, you will support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations while ensuring a safe, clean, and sanitary environment. You will lead food preparation and execution in alignment with corporate standards and culinary excellence. Key Responsibilities + Oversee and coordinate kitchen staff in daily food preparation and service + Ensure high-quality, cost-effective food is creatively prepared and presented + Assist with planning, ordering, inventory management, and food production + Help manage food and labor costs to meet account targets + Launch new culinary initiatives in partnership with marketing and culinary teams + Supervise kitchen staff to maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation + Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications + B.S. or A.O.S. degree in Culinary Arts, Food Service Management, or related field + 3–5 years of relevant culinary leadership experience + Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills + Proficient in food costing, product quality, and kitchen operations + Up-to-date on culinary trends, food safety, sanitation, and cost control practices Apply to Bon Appetit today!
