**Executive Sous Chef**
**Duties and responsibilities related to the Executive Sous Chef position**
+ Assist in leading the guest food dining experience within the ELondi Restaurant, Bar, all event spaces and in-room dining
+ Responsible for the food cost in accordance with budget and cost control in line with the hotel business plan and as directed by the Executive Chef
+ Assist with seasonal menu changes in all F&B outlets as detailed above
+ Assist with the costing of recipe cards, menu engineering and communicating accordingly to staff
+ To work with other teams to maximise guest satisfaction and enhance guest dining experiences
**About You**
You are a skilled culinary professional with experience in high-volume, quality-driven kitchens. Supporting the Executive Chef, you lead by example, ensuring smooth operations, and consistent excellence in food quality and presentation. Previous experience in a similar position within a hotel environment is preferred
