A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled and detail-oriented Executive / Senior Executive, Order Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of customer orders—coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment in line with contractual requirements. Your focus will be on managing non-technical back-end processes related to our engineered solutions.

Key Accountabilities
Coordinate order fulfillment from sales handover to delivery by working closely with internal departments (Sales, Sales Engineering, Finance, Aftersales, Logistics), factories, suppliers, and contractors.Create and maintain order documentation in shared drives and SAP (e.g., sales order file, engine purchase orders, batch and serial numbers).Execute orders in compliance with contractual agreements including scope, timeline, and cost obligations.Liaise with Finance for down payments, stage payments, and performance/bank guarantees based on agreed payment terms.Support goods movement processes, including goods receipt in SAP and warehouse coordination for incoming engines and accessories.Follow up on timely purchase order issuance and goods receipt for third-party items, including SAP PR/PO coordination.Ensure secured payments (TT, LC, etc.) prior to delivery, working with Sales where needed.Issue and manage shipping instructions and liaise with customers and factories on shipment schedules.Coordinate with freight forwarders for booking, shipping documentation (e.g., bill of lading), and shipment tracking.Verify incoming invoices from factories and forwarders, ensuring completeness of deliveries.Manage discrepancies and claims related to short shipments or missing parts.Support LC (Letter of Credit) documentation preparation, amendments, and liaise with Finance for submission.Collaborate with technical teams for documentation/certificates required under contractual terms.Generate SAP packing lists and ensure timely dispatch for local deliveries.Support special assignments as required.Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in order execution, preferably within an engineered solutions or industrial equipment environment.Exposure to diesel engines/generators or backup power systems, especially in data center applications, is a plus.Solid working knowledge of SAP, especially in purchase orders and goods receipt transactions.Excellent coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.Proactive and resilient in managing high-stress situations and competing deadlines.Culturally sensitive and effective in resolving conflicts across diverse stakeholders in Asia.Willingness to travel occasionally for business requirements.Why Join US?
