Executive Secretary (Temporary)

Job Responsibilities:

Support Executives and their teams for Administrative needsMaintain executive calendar as needed; schedule meetings, conference calls, field e-mails and phone calls requesting meetings, handle meeting conflicts and prioritization issuesAssist in the organization of internal events and meetingsArrange all aspects of travel, manage approvals for any travel, arrange flights, hotels, rental car and sedan service, currency exchange using agency and online services, international data on corporate mobileCoordinate expense reimbursement and expense reports on a timely basisLiaise with internal departments and service providers

Required Skills and Personal Attributes:

Fluency in English and PortuguesePrevious experience as an executive assistant or administrative professional, preferably in a corporate financial environmentExcellent communication, writing, judgment, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skillsMust be an enthusiastic, positive team player who is willing to help out and who works well with colleaguesAble to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrentlyFlexible to covering different groups

Contract Information:

Location: São Paulo, SP3-month contract, renewable up to a maximum of 9 months
