The purpose of the role is to provide technical and administrative management support tasks to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and will include planning and managing activities ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.

The difference you’ll make:

First point of contact for CCO, managing agenda, dealing with administrative issues and operational tasks on their behalf.

Manage the CCO’s agenda ensuring optimum use of time, managing conflicting priorities.

Provide full logistical arrangements in accordance with CCO’s commitments, optimizing travel schedules.

Affectively use desktop tools to complete daily tasks and in scheduling timetables

Complete ongoing office administration tasks managing planning/scheduling effectively.

Complete tasks with high levels of accuracy and efficiency with Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook)

In collaboration with managers/executive, facilitate construction of presentations and documents

Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and Forward Planning.

May be required to monitor spend associated with the role such as travel

Demonstrates a Risk Pro mindset and role models TEAMS behaviours to drive a strong risk culture across the team and wider organisation 

Proactively supports the bank in meeting its business, legal, regulatory and stakeholder obligations in respect of Financial Crime Compliance. Including identifying, deterring, detecting, and disrupting money laundering, sanctions non-compliance, terrorist financing, bribery, corruption, and tax evasion risks that arise by way of its activities.


What you’ll bring:

Experience in providing high level administrative support at executive level including approaches to maintaining and managing confidentiality

Good organisation and time management skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Excellent at prioritising and managing deadlines

Proactive to anticipate and address Executive/Management requirements

Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in Maths & English or relevant recognised qualification

This role is based in Milton Keynes

To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).
