ResponsibilitiesGuide executive level candidates through interviews and closing, ensuring all logistical needs are met.Anticipate objections, negotiate effectively, and deliver hiring solutions that align with business goals.Manage and improve the candidate screening process, promoting best practices to maintain a strong talent pool.Lead the candidate assessment framework, creating tools aligned with key competencies and role requirements.Use knowledge of competitor opportunities to differentiate unique career possibilities and convey motivators to candidates.Enhance candidate experience by anticipating and addressing potential issues, ensuring a positive journey.Develop plans supporting candidate needs throughout the hiring process for executive-level roles.Use business insights to execute recruitment searches aligning with hiring manager priorities.Communicate with recruiting leaders to provide updates, set expectations, and align on priorities.Consult with senior stakeholders on talent needs, using data and storytelling to influence hiring decisions.Build and nurture long-term relationships with talent communities, developing innovative sourcing strategies.Ensure compliance with staffing policies and maintain data integrity for recruiting operations.Create clear, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and reports for executive and client audiences.Demonstrate agility and sound judgment in ambiguous situations, guiding stakeholders through uncertainty.Exhibit a strong sense of urgency in driving recruiting processes and delivering results within tight timelines.Essential Skills10+ years of executive recruiting experienceProven success in executive-level recruiting within engineering or technical domainsAdditional Skills & QualificationsAbility to build and leverage external networks to attract top talentStrong negotiation and communication skillsExperience in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWork Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58.00 - $67.00/hr.
