Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with the interdependence between the customer and the regional sales managers. Work involves entering projects quoted and change orders for accounts nationwide & internationally, create weekly/monthly reporting for sales tracking, issue warranty and contract letters for all accounts, and cancel projects in JTS for the entire company.

**Position Summary** :
+ Enter orders in JTS by reviewing the submittal checklist provided by the Regional Sales Manager. Credit terms are entered based on prior payment history. Once entered, distribute new order to Engineering, RSM and management.
+ Enter change orders provided by the Regional Sales Manager and send to the customer. Upon approval, release in JTS and notify RSM, PM and all other appropriate departments.
+ Warranty letters are processed and issued as requested by the customer.
+ Contract letters are issued to customers with appropriate credit terms.
+ Process cancellations in JTS and notify all appropriate departments.
+ Updates manager by creating, analyzing, and forwarding weekly sales reports.
+ Contact regional sales managers to resolve any omissions in the quote request, such as missing specifications, details, contact information.
+ Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, internal or approved industry training.
+ Including attendance of forums at Krieger’s corporate office.
+ Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
+ Obtain and maintain a thorough knowledge of Krieger’s sales methods and procedures, general product knowledge and product characteristics, general and technical specifications of products for sales usage, estimating procedures, and file management.
+ You will be required to create and develop goals for your specific job function that will support our organizational goals.
+ You must engage, and complete assignments as directed, skill set and work scope by your leadership.
+ Any other duties as assigned by your manager.
**Other Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Ability to perform the essential functions of the job
+ 3-5 years progressive sales admin experience required, preferably in a customer service driven company
+ Strong work ethic, loyal, trustworthy, honest, team player
+ Proven ability to multi-task and have regular contact with executives, managers, and employees
+ Ability to work cooperatively with a variety of personality types
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Must possess superior organizational skills and attention to details
+ Ability to work with minimal supervision
+ Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
+ Must possess problem solving skills
+ College degree preferred
**Physical Demands:** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to manipulate equipment, to talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move office supplies weighing up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard.
**Work Environment:** The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

**Compensation:** This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
+ The expected Base Salary Range: $50,000.00-$70,000.00. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
