Join us as an "Executive Hiring Specialist " at Barclays, As an Executive Hiring Coordinator, it will be your responsibility to manage and drive Executive Recruitment Services, supporting D/MD recruiters and Executive Hiring leadership. You will be responsible for defining and issuing complex Employment Agreements, managing shortlist tracking, scheduling, and managing candidate interview processes amongst multiple additional value add tasks.
You will be part of an international team, supporting an assigned line of business or region and balance relationships between the function each recruiter supports, the business and candidates. Your role will include structuring and organizing your personal workload whilst also adhering to the SLA’s given for each recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HR systems / platforms including Workday. You’ll have excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively priorities workload for yourself and support that of others.
