Overview We’re looking for an experienced, highly motivated with top-tier attention to detail and organisation. The Executive Producer (Experiential) will lead and mentor our growing team of in-house and freelance senior producers. You’ll oversee the successful delivery of world-class experiential, special build, and creative OOH projects — ensuring creative ambition is matched with operational excellence at every stage. You’ll also play a pivotal role in high-profile, gold-tier projects — helping guide key client relationships, cross-agency collaboration, and supplier partnerships through formal project councils and stakeholder meetings. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in the thick of creative production while bringing structure, diplomacy, and vision to complex, multi-partner work. As we scale up to meet the demands of larger, more complex projects, this is a key hire to strengthen leadership, ensure consistency across delivery, and prepare for a successful and seamless maternity cover period. You'll play a central role in shaping the future of the production team while delivering some of the industry’s most exciting experiential work. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and inspire a team of senior producers — ensuring high standards in project delivery, creative output, and client servicing. Oversee the end-to-end execution of experiential, special build, and COOH campaigns — from brief to build to wrap. Manage freelance producer resourcing, staffing plans, and team allocations based on project pipeline, in collaboration with the Production Manager Partner with Creative Teams and Designers to ensure ideas are production-ready without compromising the creative vision. Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring trust, transparency, and strategic partnership throughout. Represent production in gold-tier project councils — aligning closely with client leads, agency partners, and suppliers to ensure delivery is smooth, strategic, and collectively owned. Draft, review and manage project budgets, reconcile costs, and ensure profitability across the department, with ownership of your own P&L. Ensure client Statements of Work (SOWs) and supplier contracts are detailed, robust, clearly scoped, and commercially sound. Identify, manage and mitigate production and commercial risk across all project stages — including timelines, scope creep, resourcing, insurance, licensing, H&S, and contingency planning. Uphold a gold standard in admin and systems & processes within the team of producers that you manage, ensuring that critical business workflows are adhered to accurately and promptly. Work closely with the Managing Partner and Head of Business Affairs to negotiate and maintain commercially favourable relationships with key suppliers and partners. Apply strong commercial judgement and awareness to ensure project decisions are both creatively and financially sustainable. Skills & Experience Proven experience as an Executive Producer, Senior Producer, or Head of Production within a creative or experiential agency or a similar environment Strong portfolio of successfully delivered experiential, special build, and/or COOH projects Skilled in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Strong leadership skills and adept at building and managing high-performing teams of producers and freelancers Confident navigating gold-tier projects with multiple stakeholders — including clients, agency partners, and suppliers Excellent communicator with strong client-facing skills Detail-oriented with a passion for craft, logistics, and creative problem solving Budget confident, commercially astute, and comfortable navigating large-scale financials Calm under pressure and working at pace, solutions-focused, and proactive Additional information St Marks Studios has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
