Strategic Leadership
Translate the company’s vision into clear, executable strategies and measurable outcomes.
Lead annual planning cycles, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews.
Partner with the CEO to evaluate new market opportunities, strategic alliances, and product innovations.
Operational Excellence
Direct all core functions: Sales, Delivery, Product Development, Operations, HR, and Finance.
Guarantee world-class client delivery across Data, Cloud, Analytics, Automation, and AI/ML solutions.
Establish scalable processes and performance frameworks to drive efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Revenue Growth & Business Development
Spearhead sales and business development across priority regions (India, UAE, KSA, Japan, USA, Nordics).
Cultivate strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, technology partners, and resellers.
Collaborate with the sales organization to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
People & Culture
Build, inspire, and mentor high-performing, cross-functional teams.
Champion a culture rooted in innovation, integrity, and client-centricity.
Design and oversee leadership development programs to strengthen the future talent pipeline.
Financial & Risk Management
Manage P&L, budgets, and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
Anticipate business risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies across projects and markets.
Qualifications & Experience
18+ years of leadership experience in technology, consulting, or digital transformation, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
Demonstrated success in scaling technology services or product businesses across global markets.
Deep expertise in Cloud, Data Analytics, AI/ML, and Automation domains.
Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation capabilities.
Experience operating in dynamic, high-growth environments from startup to scale-up.
