The Executive Presentation Designer will help Aon Executives tell their stories to a variety of audiences through visually compelling presentation materials.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Krakow office.

What the day will look like
You are a strategic problem solver with outstanding communication skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, impactful visuals. In this role, you will consistently craft and develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key messages and business objectives tailored to each unique audience.
You will build new slides, edit and format presentations, with attention to consistent style application, visual improvements and as well as design customized presentations, possibly enriched by images, vector illustrations, infographics, animations, data-driven graphs etc, based on detailed briefings and collaborative problem-solving with senior-level partners.
Additionally, you will work closely with other creative team members across the Global Creative Team, providing design support and demonstrate excellence across every touchpoint. You will help maintain our firm’s high standards for distinctive communications while promoting and safeguarding the Aon brand, aiding in its understanding and activation.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Preferably over 5 years of professional experience in a graphic related field or freelance work; experience working in financial services or insurance is preferred
+ Design portfolio required (If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply and submit your portfolio for review)
+ Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially PowerPoint) and Adobe design software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Express
+ English speaker with ability to communicate fluently in a business setting (both written & spoken)
+ Demonstrates a strong focus on quality with a dedication to layout and design, and meticulous attention to detaill
+ Ability to express ideas graphically, problem-solve and communicate complex ideas effectively
+ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management to handle multiple projects simultaneously
+ Ability to work effectively under pressure and to comfortably handle daily deadlines, unexpected situations, and last-minute changes on short notice
+ Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Collaborative problem-solving and a focus on excellence
+ Graduate in a design-related field such as graphic design
