The Executive Site Leader is responsible for developing a vision and leading site-wide operations at GE Healthcare’s site around GE Healthcare priorities, and meeting all operational defined targets such as safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people. The site-wide scope includes a regulated product mix of Imaging Platform processes & assemblies within a highly complex offering. To run the overall site however, the site leader will collaborate with a broader set of teams (e.g. Facilities, Engineering, Office Operations, Product Management, Regional Sales, etc) who will report into their specific function, but who play a vital role in driving various site-wide initiatives (incl. Safety, Employee Engagement, Community Service, etc). The incumbent should be able to influence and communicate well with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, and be able to develop and implement strategic plans for the site that align with the broader business strategy.

Essential Responsibilities

The Plant Manager sets the tone and culture for the operation.  A strong orientation towards Servant Leadership, Safety First, Built-in Quality, Lean Mindset at all levels, Passion and Sense of Urgency for Customer Outcomes, Engagement and Pride among the associates at all levels and Overall Winning Spirit is the primary focus, ownership, and accountability for the PM.Role will be responsible for setting the strategy and driving operational excellence and accountability around safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture leading through people by leveraging Lean methodologies and servant leadership.Role will further include strong collaboration with other manufacturing operations globally as well as other functions.Must be able to leverage strong people leadership, be a proven attractor and developer of talent, fostering an engaged and inclusive environment to build trust and create a winning team.Influence and communicate well with all levels of the organization including senior leadership, acting as primary operations owner (direct and indirect functions) for the product portfolio.Drive a culture that ensures outstanding compliance and adherence to product quality in all areas for the Quality Management System in GEHC. Ensure that the organizational design, functional expertise, and manufacturing process experience of the team is positioned for excellence.Ensuring sufficient short and long capacity exists to achieve all customer commitments.Driving Product Quality, Lean, and Problem Solving to ensure customer delivery and satisfaction, and ensure internal business metrics are met.Improving On-time Delivery for customers, Productivity Improvements, Process Controls against standards, within a Daily Management Environment for continuous improvement.

Qualifications/Requirements

BS Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or relevant discipline10 years’ experience with combined proven leadership in industrial / chemical operations, supply chain, engineering, or materials.Demonstrated change agent with successful plant improvement results.Ability to successfully motivate, and maintain high moral, employee involvement, safety, and teamwork while driving culture changesLean proficient with demonstrated ability to apply tools, process rigor, servant leadership through coaching.Demonstrated ability to deliver results in an ambiguous environmentProven business/financial acumen, including demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, solve complex problems, and drive change at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated leadership, energizing global teams, and global project managementProven ability to drive and manage change initiatives in a matrix environment
