Responsibilities Help in the strategy for and execute all local paid online acquisition efforts including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram ads, Tik Tok, LinkedIn Search engine marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Google Display Network (GDN) and other Banner ads Affiliates Collect data and track the performance of all marketing activities and channels against set KPIs (CPI, CPO, CPA, PPC etc.) Manage day to day workflow and setup for projects and campaigns across platforms Regularly provide analysis on performance against forecasts and making adjustments as necessary to fulfil the set objectives Serving clients for tasks such as performance media briefing, strategy planning, budget allocation, campaign analyses and quarterly business reviews Spearheading relations with account team working on common accounts to ensure alignment with clients Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on campaigns Innovating to improve performance, growth and profitability across all channels Keep up-to-date with market trends and come up with creative ideas that are one step ahead of the competition Share best practices with peers within group Accountability and full ownership for campaign performance and aligned KPIs Qualifications • BA/BS or equivalent • 0-2 years’ experience in digital marketing • Strong experience with performance marketing and online acquisition tools and networks • Entrepreneurial mindset and willing to get hands dirty • Acute analytical skills and a data-driven mentality – you know the relevant KPIs and how to work with them • Excellent time management and organisation skills, comfortable in meeting tight deadlines • Strong leadership abilities and track-record of hitting targets with limited resources/budget • Previous experience working in a start-up or dynamic high-growth company a plus Additional information Our employee benefits package comprises the following:
