Sapient, outside of our top 20 markets, the Groupe delivers innovative ideas and solutions that combine the power of creativity and technology. **Overview** The Programmatic Executive will play an integral part in the function by delivering programmatic media plans utilizing established strategic best practices. **Responsibilities** **Technical & Product** + Execute and manage online media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g. auction/exchange-based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns). + Handle daily campaign maintenance including questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns + Work with agency partners to ensure creative assets are scheduled + Trafficking of campaign tags into ad exchange environments + Work with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementation + Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns + Support the Account Manager in overseeing and resolve weekly and/or daily campaign QA reports to ensure accurate campaign results and trafficking routines **Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency** + Understand and effectively communicate Precision’s value proposition, technology, and processes as related to the growth of current and prospective agency accounts + Provide monthly auditing reports to Agency partners and internal finance teams for invoicing when required + Maintain and stay current with industry news and research **Innovative & Analytical Mindset** + Provide insight and guidance to members of the broader media team based on previous campaign delivery data + Share and re-apply learning and knowledge at a local/regional level to agency brand teams **People & Leadership** + Seeks others' feedback to develop self-awareness, strengths and address development area. + Is able to proactively raise issues to improve effective team working and collaboration. + Is able to communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner. + Collaborates with stakeholders and embraces an inclusive based environment. + Is able to make valuable contributions to discussions and brainstorming sessions, providing insight and point of view. + Able to build relationships quickly with others and engages personally with peers and clients. + Treats others with respect, listens to other perspectives, especially when they are different from own. + Able to tackle problems in a timely manner and develop contingency plans that focus on problem resolution. + Drives a culture of trust with Peers, clients and all other stakeholders. **Self** + Is able to take ownership for actions and deals with consequences in a mature manner. + Able to adjust performance based on experiences and feedback and showcases agility and flexibility. + Displays openness to the ideas of others and leverages them when beneficial for the business. + Showcases curiosity and open mindset towards new ways of doing things. + Is able to set high impact objectives and goes above and beyond to exceed performance. + Demonstrates the Growth Mindset and is able to take ownership of personal development and growth. + Capable of constructively challenging the status-quo and takes risks to challenge internal and external perspectives. + Approaches situations and individuals with honesty, integrity and humbleness. + Displays resilience and maintains drives and a positive outlook when faced with challenges. **Qualifications** + A basic understanding of programmatic marketing + A good understanding of the digital marketing landscape and its different channels + Excellent communication skills + Experience in Excel, advanced formulas, pivot tables & data manipulation + Strong analytical skills + High attention to detail + Eager and willingness to learn advertising technology and marketing technology tools and solutions **Additional information** R-2748 P-3185
