About the Role:
As Executive Pastry Chef, you will oversee all aspects of the pastry and bakery operations, from menu development and ingredient sourcing to team leadership and presentation. You will create all desserts, pastries, and baked goods that reflect both classic technique and contemporary creativity—enhancing every moment of our guests' dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the pastry team, ensuring excellence in preparation, presentation, and service
Design and innovate seasonal dessert menus for restaurants, banquets, and special events
Maintain consistency, quality, and aesthetics across all pastry items
Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Train and mentor junior pastry chefs and bakers to maintain high performance and creativity
Collaborate with Executive Chef and F&B teams to align pastry offerings with overall dining vision
Requirements:
Proven experience as Executive Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
Expertise in French and international pastry techniques, chocolate work, and plated desserts
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
A passion for excellence, creativity, and innovation
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
