Present in over 100 countries, Publicis Groupe employs around 103,000 professionals. **Overview** The C&B Operations - Executive plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day execution of compensation and benefits processes, ensuring data accuracy and smooth delivery across all C&B activities. The role focuses on benefits administration, compensation cycle coordination, and preparing reports to support Talent Team and business decisions. Working closely with the wider Talent Team, the Executive ensures smooth service delivery and helps improve C&B operational processes to contribute to an excellent employee experience at Publicis Groupe MENA. **Responsibilities** **Technical & Product** Compensation Operations - Ensuring smooth operational execution of C&B activities including compensation cycles, benefits administration, and employee support. - Assist in preparing compensation data files and review templates. - Help maintain and update compensation structures and internal tools. - Coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless support. - Working closely with performance Management team on all C&B cyclical -Benefits Administration & Data Management - Coordinate the day-to-day execution of benefits processes such as enrolments, terminations, and changes. - Ensure accurate and timely data entry in benefits trackers **Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency** - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and regional labor laws - Look for ways to improve C&B operations to deliver better value to the business - Assist in ensuring compliance with established policies and regulatory standards. - Assist with process improvements and automation initiatives - Collaborate with other Talent vertical teams as required **Innovative & Analytical Mindset** - Flag any themes or observations noticed in data to management and/or project leads **People & Leadership** -Seeks others' feedback to develop self-awareness, strengths and address development area. -Is able to proactively raise issues to improve effective team working and collaboration. -Is able to communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner. -Collaborates with stakeholders and embraces an inclusive based environment. -Is able to make valuable contributions to discussions and brainstorming sessions, providing insight and point of view. -Able to build relationships quickly with others and engages personally with peers and clients.
